Purchase Terms
Effective: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to First Glance SEO Audit services ordered at a distance. Read them before payment and retain a copy for your records.
1. Service provider
- Provider
- Edvardas Čeilitka, individual activity certificate No. 1338617
- Address
- Keramikų g. 6, Panevėžys, Panevėžys City Municipality, LT-37450, Lithuania
- info@firstglance.eu
- VAT
- The provider is not VAT registered
2. Services, scope and prices
Service contents, limits and prices are published on the Services and Pricing page. The SEO Audit costs EUR 299 and SEO Foundation costs EUR 599. These are final prices; no VAT is added. Where a price is stated as “from”, the final amount and scope are confirmed in writing before payment.
An SEO audit is a diagnostic and recommendation service, not a ranking guarantee. SEO Foundation combines the audit with agreed high-priority on-site changes where the customer provides the required access. Third-party licences, external developer work, advertising spend and work outside the confirmed scope are excluded unless agreed in writing.
3. Order and contract process
- For SEO Audit or SEO Foundation, the customer signs in and submits the dedicated order form. For ongoing or custom services, the customer submits an enquiry on the website or by email.
- The provider checks fit and confirms scope, final price, timing and required access. An eligible Audit-to-Foundation credit is checked before the payment request is issued.
- The customer accepts these terms and, where relevant, expressly requests performance before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
- The customer receives a secure MakeCommerce.lt payment page or payment link.
- The order is accepted only when payment is confirmed server-side and an order confirmation is sent by email. A success-page redirect alone is not payment confirmation.
If the website’s size, technology or condition falls outside the fixed package, a custom option is offered before payment. The customer is not obliged to accept it.
4. Payments
The payment transaction is technically processed by Maksekeskus AS Lithuania branch. The provider does not receive or store the customer’s online banking login details. The transfer of personal data needed for payment is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Timing and delivery
The SEO Audit and SEO Foundation are normally delivered within 5 business days after payment is confirmed and all information and access required for the work have been received. If the customer delays access or answers, the timeline pauses until the missing information arrives. The customer is notified by email of any objective delay.
Reports and other outputs are delivered digitally through the customer account, by email, or through a secure download link. There is no physical shipping. The work cycle and billing for ongoing services are confirmed in the individual proposal.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
A consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Notice can be submitted through the Cancel a contract page or by emailing info@firstglance.eu with a clear statement of the decision to withdraw.
If the consumer expressly asks for the service to start during the 14-day period and later withdraws, the consumer may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service properly supplied before withdrawal. If the service is fully performed during that period with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost, that right may end.
This section applies to natural persons purchasing outside their trade or profession. Business-customer cancellations follow the confirmed proposal, without limiting mandatory law.
7. Refunds and defects
If the provider cannot accept or start a paid order, the amount paid is refunded. When a consumer lawfully withdraws, reimbursement is made using the original payment method, normally no later than 14 days after a valid withdrawal notice is received; a proportionate amount for services properly supplied may be deducted where permitted.
If the service does not match the confirmed scope, the customer should identify the specific issue promptly. Where possible and proportionate, the provider first corrects or repeats the deficient part at no additional charge. If that is not possible, a price reduction or refund is provided as required by law.
8. Customer responsibilities and access
The customer provides accurate information, lawful access and confirms authority to permit website changes. Passwords must not be placed in the public enquiry field. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of business claims, prices and legal text. A suitable backup should exist before material implementation work.
9. Intellectual property and confidentiality
After full payment, the customer may use custom reports and recommendations within its business. General methods, templates, tools and pre-existing materials remain their owner’s property. Non-public customer information is used only to supply the service and is not published as a case study without separate permission.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to info@firstglance.eu with the order details and requested resolution. Written consumer complaints are answered within 14 days.
If agreement cannot be reached, a consumer may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority. Lithuanian law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protection of the consumer’s country of residence.
